Business Services provides support and administrative services to the District. We prepare and monitor the budget, compile and submit state and federal reports, input District payroll, accounts payable, benefits, retiree benefits and other services and support as needed.

School Impact Fees

Cutler‐Orosi Joint Unified School District receives School Impact Fees, also known as Developer Fees, for all new construction and remodeling projects within District boundaries. Once plans are approved by the appropriate Building and Planning Department, in both Fresno and Tulare counties, the developer (corporate or individual) will need to bring the approved set of building plans to the respective county planning department and pay the appropriate Developer Fees.

Developer Fee Schedule

Residential: $5.17 per square foot
Commercial: $0.84 per square foot
Self‐Storage: $0.16 per square foot
