School Impact Fees
Cutler‐Orosi Joint Unified School District receives School Impact Fees, also known as Developer Fees, for all new construction and remodeling projects within District boundaries. Once plans are approved by the appropriate Building and Planning Department, in both Fresno and Tulare counties, the developer (corporate or individual) will need to bring the approved set of building plans to the respective county planning department and pay the appropriate Developer Fees.

Residential: $5.17 per square foot
Commercial: $0.84 per square foot
